LGBTQIA+ Affirming Counselling

As a proudly LGBTQIA+ affirming counsellor and psychotherapist, I am deeply committed to offering a welcoming, respectful, and non-judgemental space for all clients, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, or expression. I actively strive to ensure that my practice is inclusive, sensitive, and informed by lived experience and ongoing learning.

I am passionate about working with diverse populations, including neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients. My commitment to this work is longstanding and grounded in both professional training and direct community engagement, including volunteering with LGBT Ireland’s Helpline (2020–2023), where I supported callers with empathy and care.

You are welcome here exactly as you are. Whether you're exploring your identity, facing relationship or mental health challenges, or seeking support in a world that can sometimes feel unsafe, I aim to provide a therapeutic relationship where you feel seen, heard, and supported.
